Tvaily legal draft
These draft terms govern use of Tvaily's catalog, playback surfaces, and AI-assisted creation tools and must be finalized with counsel before public launch.
By accessing or using Tvaily, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies incorporated by reference. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and comply with all applicable laws when using the service.
Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins. Canceling stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund charges for the current term. Promotional credits, trials, and one-off purchases may be governed by additional stated terms at the time of purchase.
Tvaily may publish films, stories, images, audio, and interactive experiences that are generated, edited, or assisted by AI systems. These works may contain creative mistakes, continuity issues, or factual inaccuracies. You may view and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless Tvaily gives separate written permission.
Tvaily and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, branding, and catalog unless expressly stated otherwise. If you submit feedback, you grant Tvaily a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the product without further compensation to you.
Tvaily will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that substantially comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Before launch, Tvaily must publish its designated copyright contact and takedown workflow. A valid notice should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, the claimant's contact details, a good-faith statement, and a statement made under penalty of perjury. Tvaily may remove or disable access to challenged material while reviewing a complaint and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
Tvaily may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create legal risk, fail to pay, or misuse the service. Tvaily may update these terms as the product evolves and will post the revised effective date when changes are made.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Before public launch, Tvaily must add finalized governing-law, dispute-resolution, export-control, and contact provisions and have counsel review these terms in full.
